all products are made to individual order, please
allow up to 28 days for delivery, although normal
delivery time should be around 2 weeks . If you require an item
for a specific date please give us the details and we shall
let you know if this is possible.

you wish to order a different design to your own specifications
please give full details and include any samples
of wallpaper/ colour of paint/ photographs or other
images to enable me to produce a product to your
design. Please note that prices for these will
vary according to the design and product requested.

Returns
and Refunds:
Please
note that, we are unable to accept a return of
a personalised item unless it is found to be faulty.
In this case the cost of the item will be refunded upon
return of the goods (Return postage will
not be refunded)
In
the case of designs not featured on this website (made
to your individual specifications) we can, if requested,
email a photo of your design (before any name/s
have been added) to ensure that it meets your requirements
before despatch.
