Why can't I find height charts and coat pegs on your website any more?

Were are sorry that we are currently not making these products. We are only making name plaques.

What are your products made from?

All of our products are made from 6mm MDF which is painted using child friendly acrylic paints and sealed with varnish. The exception of this is our drawer and cupboard knobs which are made from birch.

How do I fix the plaque to the door?

All products are supplied with fixings. Name plaques are supplied with strong sticky pads, no drilling required. Coat pegs are supplied with sticky pads for one peg or with screws for more than one peg. Height charts are supplied with either screws or sticky pads depending on the size and weight of the chart. If you require any fixings to be different from those stated just let us know.

Can I have anything written on the name plaque?

Yes. Any name/ names or wording can be added to any of our products free of charge.

Can I have one of your designs but in a different colour?

Yes, All of our designs can be adapted to your requirements. Just contact us to discuss details.

Can I order a design which is not on your website?

Of course, I will make any design you require. Just let me know what you would like and I will do my best to produce it.

What height do your height charts go up to?

All of our height charts are measured in centimetres and go fom 50cm to 150cm.

Do you use any stickers or transfers In your designs?

No. All designs are 100% hand painted.

I need a name plaque for a birthday next week, can you make it in time?

As I make all items to order, you should usually allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. However, I will always do my best to fit in items at short notice. It depends on the current workload. Please contact us to find out if this is possible before ordering.

I live outside the UK, can I still order from you?

Yes, I am happy to send products overseas. Please ask for a quote for postage costs. I am only able to accept payment from overseas customers via paypal.

The plaque is a present for my niece, could you gift wrap it and send it straight to her?

Yes, we have a new gift wrapping service. For just £2 extra we will wrap and send your gift to the person of your choice.
